Shipping policy

We are currently shipping both domestic and international orders.

We use EMS carrier for international shipping and provide local delivery option when the destination is in the same country as the product.

Shipping time usually vary from 0 to 2 Business days for a local delivery and 3 to 5 Business days for international shipping.

Shipping price are calculated at checkout, you will know the total price before you pay, based on destination and products location, value and weight.

Current location of each product is indicated in the description. All our products are shipping from 2 locations:

- RD branch, located in Dominican Republic,

- HT warehouse, located in Haiti.

If you don't see your country listed at checkout and can't make an order, please contact us, we will give you a personal support and add your country in the list if possible.
